Jāņi June 23-24, Latvia

In Latvia starting the evening of June 23 going into the beginning of the 24 Jāņi is celebrated. This is a time to start to enjoy the summer.  People head to the country to enjoy specially made beer and cheese as well as sit around and enjoy the company of friends and family.
